Game history investigation
Build a Complete RocketPlay Disputed-Round Record
A frozen screen or unexpected balance is only the symptom. The useful evidence is the exact provider record: game version, round ID, accepted stake, settlement and resulting balance movement.
Open RocketPlay and review the current game historyStop and preserve the state
Do not refresh repeatedly or place another wager to test the balance. Capture the game name, provider, visible result, account balance and device time.
If the connection dropped, note the network and whether the interface confirmed the stake before disconnection. Keep the account signed in only on a trusted device.

Find the official round record
Open account or game history and locate the matching timestamp. Record the round ID, stake, result, status and balance before and after settlement.
The provider record normally matters more than an animation screenshot. If the round is missing, ask support to search by the narrow timestamp and title.
Confirm the exact version
Save the full title, provider and version information from the game panel. Similar games can use different mechanics, feature rules or return configurations.
Read the paytable rule relevant to the disputed event. Do not use a video or rules page for another edition as proof.

Reconcile the balance
Create a short ledger from the balance before the stake through debit, settlement and final credit. Separate promotional funds from cash where the account displays both.
Mark the first movement that does not match. A focused arithmetic discrepancy is easier to investigate than a general claim that the balance is wrong.
Submit one support case
Send the round ID, provider, timestamp, stake, result, screenshots and expected rule in one authenticated ticket. Ask for the provider settlement response and case number.
Do not send passwords or one-time codes. Pause further play on the disputed title until the account history and support answer agree.
RocketPlay game and session questions
Is a screenshot enough for a RocketPlay round dispute?
It helps, but the provider, round ID, timestamp, stake and settlement record are the core evidence.
Should I replay the game to reproduce the issue?
No. Preserve the original record and wait for the investigation before risking more funds.
